Practice Areas

Whether you're buying, selling, transferring, or dealing with property, we provide practical legal advice to help you move forward with confidence. We assist with residential and commercial conveyancing, property transfers, contract reviews, and retail and commercial lease transactions. We also advise on other property-related matters, including preparing easements and restrictions required under development consents.

If you've been asked to obtain independent legal advice before signing a document or entering an agreement, we'll explain what it means, answer your questions, and ensure you understand your rights and obligations before you proceed.

Planning for the future provides peace of mind for you and your loved ones. We can assist with preparing wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents to ensure your wishes are properly recorded and your loved ones are protected. We also provide guidance through the probate process and assist with estate administration after a loved one's passing.
